Form NXP

What is Form NXP- 9 Mandatory documents required for export

Last week, I shared with you detailed information about form M. Form NXP is the focus for this week. And I will give brief details about it. As you already know, it is a statutory requirement that all goods imported into the country must go through the Form M.

The Form NXP (Nigeria Export Proceed Form) is the reverse. It serves the official purpose of registering all exported goods out of Nigeria.

Before October 31, 2019, Form NXP was processed manually. But now it is processed through the single window for trade through an authorized dealer (Bank) as e-Form NXP

All exporters must complete the Form NXP, a legal requirement, before shipping products outside Nigeria. Any business owner interested in exporting must register with the Nigeria Export Promotion Council.

Apart From Form NXP, What other documents are required for exportation?

Any export transaction should also have, in the lease, the supporting 9 documents listed below:

  1. A duly completed NXP Form ( 6 Copies)
